“Returned a faulty item at a cost of £7 as they advised to send back as recorded delivery,and never got refunded. Will not order from these again as it cost me to return faulty goods. Even thow I requested a full refund as it was not my fault. Would not recommend this company”

“Purchased 3 tees worth £203 wrong size returned them over two weeks ago,purchased 3 more of correct size immediately before I'd even returned or got a refund due to info on site re stock levels possible shortages. So in total over £400 spent I've paid customs charges on returns so I'm at a fair loss already with post&packaging and registered delivery and still haven't got my refund on my returns.I've been a customer for 7 years and I'm seriously disappointed was told last week that they would receive the returns within a day with the customs paid. The correspondence seems very intermittent and reluctant not one bit proactive unless I'm intitiating it. Just sent another email this morning and no reply. Have always liked the service and products also seemed a very reliable professional outfit but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and tbh unless this is resolved i will be taking my business elsewhere in future!”

“So my items arrived today and I'm very pleased. A few hiccups along the way. Bank Holiday Royal Mail hold ups was not ideal so my order was left in the ether somewhere for 10days! But after a few emails and a more direct phone call to (Adam I believe his name was), my order was sorted within hours...and sent out with DHL. Excellent company.”

“I purchased a Sergio taccini Orion jacket on here , I was very impressed with the premium packaging and condition of the jacket . The website has a huge selection and is very well made I appreciate the videos on social media for example TikTok which show off some of the stock . Brilliant stuff 10/10 5 stars”

“Do not buy the Diadora Diadora 80s MB Elite Trainer White/Gold from 80s Casual Classics. I had only worn mine a few times, which can be evidenced by the condition of the sole, and they cracked badly. Casuals only guarantee them for six months from purchase. I didn’t wear them straight away. Officially, Diadora guarantee them for 2 years !!”

“Really disappointed with the gift voucher system. The inability to transfer it to another individual ended up with me having a gift voucher to spend on myself when I tried to purchase for someone else. Very complicated and poor customer experience. The stores and website are so good, but the gift voucher system really let you down.”
