“Ordered shorts, jacket and trainers Shorts and jacket spot on, downside is the trainers Patrick trainers look and feel great, really comfortable but, wore them today during wet weather and felt like Bambi, grip from the soles is woeful, might as well worn ice skates, very disappointed”

“I ordered a voucher on line and the payment was taken immediately, NOT on the day of sending to the recipient The actual date to send was missed, and my friend was less than impressed by this, as it was ordered nearly a week in advance I was contacted on the Saturday, but heard nothing back, not had a follow up Also, finally … no name on the message to note feedback! Less than impressed , sorry”

Hi, Your order was made over 10 months ago, not 7 as you have mentioned in your review - The issue you explained sounds like this is likely caused by general wear and tear over this time period and not due to a 'obvious fault'. “I bought a pair of Puma GV Special trainers. They look good and feel comfortable, but the cheap, removable insole makes them squeak when I walk. I’ve worn them twice and they’ve squeaked both times. Shame because otherwise they are a good pair of trainers. Tried to upload photos here but couldn’t.”
