“Hi, the 2 t shirts i bought looked amazing but the sizes where on the small side. bought an 3xl which was more like a 2xl and the 4xl wasnt much bigger than the 3xl so i had to give to my son as the didnt fit. i would put a size check on site so you can measure arm pit to arm pit to save confusion. “I followed the size guide on the website for two items as a present. They were both too small, so I have returned them within the time scale, Recorded delivery. 10 days later I’ve now received the items back as the returns were not accepted due to marks and hairs on the items and being outside the time limit, which it wasn’t. I had to pay to return the items as well as paying delivery for items I can’t get a refund on and can’t wear. Not a happy customer”

Hi, We're sorry you feel this way but can confirm that your return wasn't rejected due to any length of time passed, it was simply because of the condition the items were returned in. We do specify on the returns and deliveries section of our website that items are to be returned as new and that wasn't the case with your parcel. “Terrible customer service ! Tried to contact over a couple of defective Napapijri Salis T Shirts. Online contact form was ignored twice. Had to call to be told that there is a 6 moths returns policy but it does not state this anywhere on their website. Don’t buy these T Shirts as the collars become loose and disfigured after a couple of standard washes. Mind and return before 6 months, but might be 5 months tomorrow ?”

Hi, We're sorry you feel this way. The 6 month window for reporting faulty items is not determined by ourselves, this is outlined in the consumer rights act 2015. Your purchase was made in October 2025 and falls outside of this returns period which is why we've been unable to accept your return - this window won't change unless there is an amendment to the consumer rights act which we're sure you can appreciate is beyond our control. Hi, We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. Whilst we accept how frustrating it must be to receive an incorrect item, I can see that we have offered to fast-track your return by dispatching a replacement once we've received proof that the original item is on its way back to us instead of having to wait for the original item to be received back at our returns department but you have declined this offer. We would suggest that this is not a customer services issue, more-so that our policy of requiring incorrect items to be returned to us not appealing to yourself and for that we can only apologise.
