“This was my first visit/purchase from 80's Casual Classics of which I had purchased two Sergio Tacchini t-shirts via the online store. Upon delivery of the t-shirts I noticed a couple of marks on the white Supermac Italia top, at the shoulder /armpit area. It looked like somebody had already tried to clean the marks previously as there was a hazing around them. I was gutted to have received a substandard item I immediately prepared the t-shirt for return, as recommended on the website instructions and purchased a new one straight away (I'm always a bit dubious about doing this in case of any dispute). I also sent a message to 80's Casual Classics notifying them of my actions. What I can say is that Corey & Harry were both immediate and helpful with their attention to the matter and resolved the issue efficiently and promptly. The replacement t-shirt arrived the next day by DPD and the refund of the original t-shirt a couple of days later. The postage I had paid for the replacement t-shirt return, was also credited back to me and the postage for the new order was also waivered. Based on this being my first visit, and the efficiency of managing and correcting the issue, I would not hesitate in purchasing further items in the near future, and would recommend 80's Casual Classics to anybody considering to make their own purchases. Thank you 80's Casual Classics ! Love the t-shirts and love the service provided!”
