Hi Graham, once the item is in the hands of Royal Mail its their responsibility to deliver the item to the address on the invoice, when you're not their they cant then deliver to an alternative as the system does not work like it at all.

“Pleased with the goods been looking for this item for ages in this colour. I have only marked 80s casuals down because when I ordered the item over the christmas period I was sent a feedback form almost immediately and I had to chase 2 weeks later as to the whereabouts of my item. I know its all automated but getting the goods should come before asking for my opinion of service, at that time you had only taken my payment. As I have mentioned good item but information a little lacking”
