“I finally did get the shoes I ordered, however since this was my very first time ordering from your website you were not clear on pricing information or shipping information. I felt that the pricing was deceptive because there was no conversion chart as to how many Euros to US dollars only the shipping charge was in US dollars so I was very shocked after placing my order that what I thought was a much less dollar amount was actually almost twice the amount in US currency. The other problem was it took around 10-12 days and the shipping info said 2-4 working days that was a 8 day difference between what we were expecting and when the package actually arrived. The other issue I have is that we didn't know how thw shipment was being sent, FEDEX, UPS, OR USPS and no one made it clear that I had to be home to accept and sign for the package and it was almost returned to you since you left out that small detail because an attempt was made to deliver but no one was home. Since you don't have a toll free number I hesitated to call because I had no idea how the phone call would end up costing me. I began thinkin all kinds of things like maybe tou site was not a legitimate site and that I had been scammed, after all of that I got another charge on my account from you guys for anothe charge that I wasn't aware of called a processing fee for another $3.95 I felt like those shoes cost me twice as much as anywhere else. The only reason I did buy them was because of the unique color that we couldn't find anywhere else. All is well now my daughter has her shoes but I really hesitate to order from you again it was a out of control situation and scary to think that you have my credit card information and was just taking money out of my bank account without my authorization or at least not being fully forthcoming about your pricing information. I feel that if the shipping charge was in US dollars then why couldn't you do the same for the price of the item being ordered. On a positive note, in the end it was worth the wait, my daughter loves her new shoes. THANK YOU.”

I’m very sorry you feel this way, however all delivery information can be found via our ‘terms of delivery’ section. We are due to launch our new site which has the ability to show you the price of items and delivery in USA dollars not just in British pounds as is currently shown on our site. “I returned this Retro Trefoil T-Shirt because it was a tight-fit in the body which was good, but the sleeves were way too baggy by comparison which is not how the originals were designed. However the fabric quality is excellent & delivery was very quick. Sort the sleeves out & it is a clear 5 stars. Almost there.”

We are sorry you feel this way but its not exactly cheap for us to send abroad. We will be working with the delivery companies in the future to see if we can get better rates on postage that can then be past onto the customer, regards 80sCC.

“Good selection of clothes and reasonably priced. One negative is that you have to pay to return items and then order again; effectively paying 3 postage fees. This tips the price over and it is enough to stop me from ordering from them again. Most online retailers give you free returns to encourage you to purchase from them given that you cannot try the item on. I think this shop should do the same.”

Hi Mark, the shirt you ordered and received being the Farah Brewer is a slim fit, and not a casual fit as they don't make one to our knowledge. BY all means send the item back when you are back in the UK but its definitely a slim fitting shirt.

Unfortunately their was a delay when the item arrived at the main Birmingham Hub once the parcel let us, we promptly refunded you the £7 on the 1/5/2015. Please check your bank statement and you'll see you were refunded a day after you placed your order, regards 80s CC.
