“I bought a tracksuit top for £55.00. However, when it arrived the packet it was in had a price tag on that said £49.95! Does this mean I've paid over the odds?? Looks like it to me. Also, when you place an order you only get to know about the additional £3.95 postage hen your at the checkout. Not good, don't think I'll be ordering again!”

“Very disappointed with packaging jacket arrived in -torn, v creased & gave poor impression especially as buying Lacoste & spending nearly £100! I was ready to send back & re-consider future purchases BUT my friend really liked jacket & wanted to keep. Did phone about this but can't say response was v helpful .”

“I have a couple of points. I received the garment no problem, I asked for an XL and was sent a size 14 ! the lady I spoke insisted it was unisex, I remember very well the originals and we had men and women's sizes, this top was to me a ladies, the neck line defined that. I was also concerned with the quality of the cotton and as I remember them in the 80s, this was an issue. I was very impressed with the return service, though I did have to pay for the postage, the garment payment was returned very quickly and notification sent. I would continue to look at the web site for other items, however, not these particular tops.”

“Was disappointed tee shirt was ok the problem is I ordered xl which I have in other similar shirts and fit ok the packaging and ticket on shirt said xl but the label attached to the shirt said 14 ? it was to small for me but fitted my partner so I gave her the shirt looks like somewhere along the wrong shirt was put in the packaging”

“My order was still in the warehouse when I was expecting delivery. Spoke to a great guy on the phone and he sorted it for the next day. The first girl I spoke to said the same and nothing happened which was a bit of a disappointment. Happy the sorted it though and even happy with my purchases”

“I ordered 2 tee shirts at £ 29.00 each. They arrived very quickly, but on inspection the packets were priced at £25.00 . I contacted the company who were apologetic and immediately refunded the difference in price. So, my overall impression was an efficient company with pleasant staff, who need to think more carefully about their pricing policy.”

“Quality of the clothing second to none! Customer service I'm unsure about, they did send me a replacement polo for a £15 Cardin roll neck, however that is too big. With the amount of postage I've paid for deliveries I may as well have chucked em 30 quid and not bothered with the item. Haven't received an email back since my last, so don't expect great customer service.”
