“Ordered a few pieces recently from 80s casual classics my two favourites being the blue adidas spezial trainers and the weekend offender technician jacket in navy they look really good together and really give that great casual look they also all arrived on time will definitely be ordering more in the future”

“I can only give you one star because altough the shoes were quickly send, i think they were a return since they lacked the papers that fills the inside of each pair from the factory, the tags were held by a thread and above all the trainers are of appalling quality. Since i’m from Romania and i wanted the shoes for my boyfriend, who likes this model, i see no point of returning them, it’s not worth it financially, i have already paid about 30 euros in custom fees, that makes it more than 100 euros for it. Such a shame, you should check the item if it’s ok before you ship it, put some passion in this!”

“I bought an e-voucher as a Christmas present but could not find a way for the recipient to use this. I thought the number on the voucher would allow the person to buy from the site but this did not seem possible. He eventually picked something from your site which I purchased from my e-wallet in my account. Normally I can purchase a voucher from a website and pass on to a recipient who can use this with a voucher code number.”

Hi, We can't help but feel that a 1 star review is slightly harsh under the circumstances. There are instructions on the e-voucher page of our website advising that as this is an electronic gift voucher, it needs to be sent to the email address of the intended recipient. If you had contacted us we would have been able to rectify the issue for you prior to the recipient having to use your e-wallet (this could have been transferred). Kind Regards, 80sCC

“Absolute disgusting behaviour I've been fed lie after lie for 3 solid weeks then told I have to get refund . Not even a sweetener like complementary socks or boxers for them hanging onto 200 quid this length of time . Won't shop here again and advise everyone else to steer clear nothing more than hooligans running this outfit”

Hi, We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. As we're sure you are aware, Royal Mail have been on strike intermittently throughout November and December which has caused chaos for other courier companies (in this case DPD) - We would never intentionally mislead you and can see that we've only been giving you the information provided to us by DPD. As we previously advised you, we were unable to replace your delivery due to the items no longer being in stock so discussed with yourself allowing DPD up until Christmas to fix the delivery issues and as this did not happen we refunded you in full as per your request. Whilst we try to provide the best service possible, we do not have our own fleet of delivery drivers so we do have to rely on courier companies to fulfil our deliveries and it is a shame that on this occasion DPD's performance has reflected badly on ourselves. “Though quality stuffs, but not at all impressed with charge of £3.95 for each single item delivery and yet takes 7days to turn up, still got items not delivered. A serious put off”

Hi, Unfortunately the order number you've raised the review under relates to an order only placed today so we're unable to comment. Regarding delivery time, as per our website standard delivery can take 3-7 days to arrive and your delivery has arrived within this time frame. We do offer next working day delivery service for just £2.00 more and had you selected this service your order would have arrived the next day. “Bought loads of stuff from 80s casual classics over the years, never had a problem, customer service is great, even when sending items back, and another great thing is they always interact with you on social media, some companies just post stuff and never give you the time of day if you ask a question or comment, Neil and his team always do, that’s why they’re where they are, top class!”
