“Well what can I say about 1st Choice Insurance? Firstly, I was greeted by Poppy in the sales team, probably the most pleasant experience I have had whilst setting up insurance as this was a bit alien to me, this was a traders policy, something I haven’t used before. She was so helpful but not just that, we actually had fun whilst conducting a business transaction together, there was no rush to get to the end result which is ultimately getting me to buy a policy. After quoting me happy with the best quote by a mile, I felt I didn’t need to get any other quotes because I had already bought into Poppy. They say people buy from people, I did just that. She’s outstanding on the phone and for this reason I will be doing two things moving forward: 1. Is to always use Poppy and 1st Choice Insurance for my traders policies and 2. Keep recommending them as a company to go to for 1st Class Service with a Smile. Following on from setting up my policy, the confirmation emails, etc have been very informative and easy to understand. A total breath of fresh air. Huge thank you to Poppy and 1st Choice Insurance and no I didn’t get paid for this review, it’s from the heart ❤️”

“Rang last week as my Premiums were due, and like a lot of others, business hasn't been the best lately, and i needed another week to make the payment. I spoke with a young lady 'Sarah Tucker'. I have got to say, not only did she help with my problem by extending my payment date back a week, she went above and beyond and was able to suggest moving my next payment date back so i wouldn't be charged the late payment fee, thus giving me more breathing space before my next instalment is due. The stress this relieved was felt instantly. As an Insurance business (and we all know how cut throat salesmen/ladies can be) to suggest and implement a course of action that would benefit me and not the salesman/business was a pleasant surprise. So stress gone and a few quid saved too. So Sarah, i would just like to say a huge thank you publicly, and i hope someone at your company reads this and gives you the well deserved pat on the back ! I can only assume you deal with all your customers in this way, and so i wouldn't hesitate recommending 1st Choice Insurance for your business needs. Excellent customer service skills and great prices too. My premium is due for renewal very soon, i was going to shop around, as we all should. Not now. Yet again my problems have been resolved very easily. 1st choice is definitely there to help and not just take your money and run. Thank you Sarah. Thank you 1st Choice. “spoke to a lovely lady named maisie dodd and she was very good on the telephone and explained to me the documentation i needed. i emailed maisie to make sure the correct documentation was received and she stayed on at work for a little extra just to sort this out for me. definitely the kind of customer service expected and which very rarely you get these days . thank you maisie”
