“I have been looking for a reputable insurance company for my gym and came across 1st Choice Insurance. Couldn’t be happier and my experience from beginning to finish was exceptional! Gemma and Charlotte took time to make sure we had all the information and exactly what I needed. In so many years in the fitness industry, I never received so much attention/ customer care and outstanding service as I did with 1st Choice Insurance. “Dealt with Owen Davies on my renewal for my hgv & public liability. What an absolute gent to deal with, very clear on everything and spent a few weeks on and off the phone getting the best deal for me which I was more than happy with. Very polite, understand on my time schedule’s and how busy I was and had a laugh everytime we did speak. Owen was an absolute pleasure to deal with and saved me time ringing round & money on my renewal!”

“The worst company I have dealt with in over 50 years. RIP off charges, they make it near impossible to cancel . Admin fees are ridiculously high . Do not use .”

Even though it was a bit of a bumpy ride at times, William went above and beyond for us throughout the entire week.
