“I have been looking for a reputable insurance company for my gym and came across 1st Choice Insurance. Couldn’t be happier and my experience from beginning to finish was exceptional! Gemma and Charlotte took time to make sure we had all the information and exactly what I needed. In so many years in the fitness industry, I never received so much attention/ customer care and outstanding service as I did with 1st Choice Insurance. “The help and advice I received from Rhiann Yeomans was absolutely fantastic. She got me a new policy that was 25% cheaper than the previous year with age benefits I could never have believed. I have fleet cover for anyone over 17 on all my vans. Still in shock about it. Phil Scott”

“I missed my renewal date and was feeling very stressed out but I was very lucky to have Manisha at the end of the phone to get me fully insured again! Manisha was very helpful, proffesional and she made it her duty to go above and beyond to help me. As a company you should feel blessed to have a member of staff like Manisha, If she isn't a manager or a supervisor I suggest that you give her one of those roles and you should definately let Manisha train new staff.”

“Lauren Davies dealt with my call. From the first call she was absolutely amazing. We felt confident that Lauren could deal with our request for Public Liability Insurance for our new campsite. Lauren was very fast! She got us a quote in less than 24 hours and was very competitive. Always following up calls with emails. It was a very easy process for us. We managed to secure a Public Liability Insurance Certificate for a great price and a very short amount of time. “After I had been searching for a HGV insurance policy / fleet policy for a few days, I was recommended to try 1st Choice Insurance. Which I then did. And I have to say, from the very first moment to the last the service I received was second to none. Ranjeeta (Ranj) was friendly, informative, positive and I feel had my best interests at heart. Over a few phone calls back and forth ultimately she managed to get me a fleet policy for which I am very happy with. Very personal experience, had no problem in giving me however much of her time I needed and I was never made to wait.
