“I have been looking for a reputable insurance company for my gym and came across 1st Choice Insurance. Couldn’t be happier and my experience from beginning to finish was exceptional! Gemma and Charlotte took time to make sure we had all the information and exactly what I needed. In so many years in the fitness industry, I never received so much attention/ customer care and outstanding service as I did with 1st Choice Insurance. “Highly recommended! Were a very specific business and carry a certain risk which many insurers would not underwrite. Ranj took all the information and was super-efficient and found us a great package with an insurer in no time at all. She worked the angles of the exact risk and cover we required and dialled this in resulting in an excellent package at a price way better than we’d imagined at the outset. Look no further! “Ranj is absolutely brilliant. She has been so helpful from start to finish, with two insurance policies I have taken out. She has been very detailed and informative with her approach, but not pushy like other firms in this field. She worked her hardest to get the best possible price for me, and and she made sure everything was covered. Above all, she was lovely to talk to, a great laugh and a pleasure to be on the phone to - not something you normally say about insurance! Thank you so much!”

“Having submitted webforms with a couple of potential insurers and having had an initial call with each, 1st Choice stood out as my favourites. I dealt with a gentleman called Monty and he was absolutely fantastic. No pressure, no spiel, he listened to what I was looking to do and asked very specific questions to clarify key points and help me get what I wanted / needed. He then went and did his work (very quickly) so from first call to having a policy live was a matter of days including a weekend - and Monty made the whole thing easy - and actually quite enjoyable! What a guy.”
