“I have been looking for a reputable insurance company for my gym and came across 1st Choice Insurance. Couldn’t be happier and my experience from beginning to finish was exceptional! Gemma and Charlotte took time to make sure we had all the information and exactly what I needed. In so many years in the fitness industry, I never received so much attention/ customer care and outstanding service as I did with 1st Choice Insurance. “Monty is a legend. He tolerated endless calls and emailed with high pressure time constraints and unique dynamics finding solutions and not problems. “I would like to leave a huge thank‑you to 1st Choice Insurance Brokers, especially Mr. William Clapham, for their outstanding support. Even though it was a bit of a bumpy ride at times, William went above and beyond for us throughout the entire week. He worked tirelessly to find us a really good insurance company and kept in constant communication, making sure we were never left in the dark. His colleagues Megan and Maisie were also brilliant and stayed on top of everything from their side. William was highly praised by his team, and now we can clearly see why. “Sat waiting for a 300 hundred pound fine and 6 points because they never informed me by phone or email or post that there was a problem so incompetent I would never use this company ever”

“I missed my renewal date and was feeling very stressed out but I was very lucky to have Manisha at the end of the phone to get me fully insured again! Manisha was very helpful, proffesional and she made it her duty to go above and beyond to help me. As a company you should feel blessed to have a member of staff like Manisha, If she isn't a manager or a supervisor I suggest that you give her one of those roles and you should definately let Manisha train new staff.”
