“I contacted 1st Choice with a long standing issue that was causing both myself and my wife great concern relating to an incorrect address and seeming credit default. Kim Lonsdale handled the whole issue calmly and professionally and even called me back the following day with the explanation and solution. A rare experience in todays somewhat impersonal world. “Gave my details in the quote section, they where quickly to call me back. But when I was told that I would receive a quote via email. I've yet to receive any and it's been over 12hrs. I've never known anyone to take forever to just send a quote via email. It's a good job I didn't just rely on 1st choice Insurance for a quote. Or I wouldn't be starting work tomorrow. It's a good job I looked on other websites. I feel like I have been let down by this company.”
