“1st choice were initally excellent when setting up our insurance. I've tried to contact them at least 3 time via email over the last month to try to clarify some details on my policy and ask if things could be added but had no response. The business is so busy and I work full time as well so I hardly get time for admin as it is and they are making it so difficult to get answers to simple questions. Please reply to my emails.”

“I was struggling to find the right insurance for my small fleet so i went on line and filled out questionnaires with 3 companies one of which was First Choice.
