Rang last week as my Premiums were due, and like a lot of others, business hasn't been the best lately, and i needed another week to make the payment. I spoke with a young lady 'Sarah Tucker'. I have got to say, not only did she help with my problem by extending my payment date back a week, she went above and beyond and was able to suggest moving my next payment date back so i wouldn't be charged the late payment fee, thus giving me more breathing space before my next instalment is due. The stress this relieved was felt instantly. As an Insurance business (and we all know how cut throat salesmen/ladies can be) to suggest and implement a course of action that would benefit me and not the salesman/business was a pleasant surprise. So stress gone and a few quid saved too. So Sarah, i would just like to say a huge thank you publicly, and i hope someone at your company reads this and gives you the well deserved pat on the back ! I can only assume you deal with all your customers in this way, and so i wouldn't hesitate recommending 1st Choice Insurance for your business needs. Excellent customer service skills and great prices too. My premium is due for renewal very soon, i was going to shop around, as we all should. Not now. Yet again my problems have been resolved very easily. 1st choice is definitely there to help and not just take your money and run. Thank you Sarah. Thank you 1st Choice.
