spoke to a lovely lady named maisie dodd and she was very good on the telephone and explained to me the documentation i needed.
i emailed maisie to make sure the correct documentation was received and she stayed on at work for a little extra just to sort this out for me.
definitely the kind of customer service expected and which very rarely you get these days .
