“Caz was magnificent helping me spent hours explaining and helping me through every detail as I didn’t understand any of it to start with fleet and traders insurance now i pretty much understand most plus she went out her way to find liability insurance for me phones me back when was suitable for me very impressed by her dedication to me as a customer 😁”

“As a new Business owner of an ever growing Transport/Haulage company it is very hard these days to wave through lots of information that turns out incorrect. During (R&D). Having a sound knowledge of the business myself it becomes draining very quickly the amount of companies out there that will go to great lengths to provide a service and policy that doesn't quite live up to its initial promise. When I contacted 1st Choice, I quickly became at ease as they talk the transport business with the correct language. They understand the industry like its 2nd nature, listen to your thoughts and grasp your vision completely. I would not seek to be anywhere else for insurance to cover my businesses vehicles. Upon receiving my documents i noticed a slight glitch in the smallprint - but within the hour of me raising this issue with them it was swiftly put to bed through the excellent customer service that they provide. In Summary, "It is a pleasure to deal with a company that really thrives from the initial enquiry through to policy agreement". Sincerely. Scar Transport Ltd”

“I was looking for a company leased vehicle insurance company. Without the help of an employee named Antony, I would have been in great trouble. As the name suggests, if you are looking for an insurance company, I strongly recommend 1st Choice Insurance as the first of the company. (GT)”

“So where do I begin with first choice? We took out a policy with first choice last June and during these bad times we have defaulted a few times due to the coronavirus pandemic and this insurance company helped and worked with us every single time we defaulted. The staff are very polite and understanding and did everything possible to help! i would highly recommend using these guys for all insurance purposes and if you are ever struggling just give them a call and they will work with you. Never bury your head in the sand just pick up the phone and call them because trust me they will help all they can. Exseptional company and staff..... Thanks for all you have done for our company.
