“I have recently received excellent service from Jake Bright. After some issues arose with my insurance policy, and communication with my former insurers was providing difficult and potentially impacted by new policy and in turn my business, Jake went the extra mile to resolve this for me. He was knowledgeable of what was required and gave us full confidence that it would be resolved. He was professional, friendly, empathetic and proactive. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and if all staff at this company mirror his attitude and ability then I would endorse anyone to seek their support and guidance! Thanks again, Jake.”

“I had a complicated situation that no other company could even be bothered with. I spoke to Alex, who was friendly and professional and he immediately started working to get me covered. He did his utmost to make sure the insurance was relevant to my situation and that we had all the cover needed. He worked tirelessly, even offering to stay late to get things sorted. Absolutely first class communication. I don't think there is a better company out there. I will be using them for all my insurance needs from now on. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!”

“Alice Connolly and Mary Leigh went above and beyond to ensure my policy was set up on time and was the best deal for me. They were extremely helpful and to be honest, it was the best customer service I've ever received. They were patient, understanding, very thorough and helped me with the utmost of kindness. The service provided was astronomically better than what I was offered from my previous insurers, whom I've been with for 6 years! I appreciate all the help guys! “So all I can say is Michael Simpson what a member of your customer services top bloke dealt with my quote right at the end of the day like 4: 30pm before he was meant to go home trying to get a competitive quote for me even though he was not quite as good as Natalia who between them both ended up really bending the rules and getting me a top-quality quote thank you guys you pulled it out of the bag keep up the great work look forward to speaking to you next year thank you. “Trying to navigate the commercial insurance market during the pandemic has been short of impossible, by chance I found Alice from 1st Choice and what a breath of fresh air she is to work with. She quickly understood what i needed and helped navigate and act on my behalf and got me up and running sorting out the paperwork so all i needed to do was pay and sign documents. For a busy business owner this is the kind of service we need. Many other places I called just have bog standard call answering with no capability to resolve the customers needs. “What can I say. Ist choice has done it again. We used them for our warehouse insurance and on both occasions supplied the tailor-made solutions for us. We then let them quote for our transport policy and low and behold they did great there too saving us over £10k on last year's policy. We have dealt with many their but a big thank you to Mike Sheppard for all his help. Nice one Mike.”
