“I’ll keep a very very long story short. I’d been with my previous independent broker for over ten years. Renewing my mini fleet insurance used to be pretty much a tick box process. However, this year I wasn’t happy with the way things went with them after they were acquired by large consortium. After doing the usual shopping around I found 1st Choice. Initially Steve Matthews started what became a very steep learning curve but he got me through the paperwork minefield. Then Jo Wellings took over and finished the job off very efficiently. Both Steve and Jo know their stuff and there communication skills are spot on. They were extremely patient with me and help me through all my issues and frustrations professionally. I know they must have jumped through a lot of hoops to get me the policy needed and I honestly can’t thank them both enough.”
