Although not the platforms fault. I paid for a part and never received it, had to gain a refund.

Am still waiting for email reply { yesterday } from Barlows re them supplying 15 inch Caddy wheel when 16inch wanted . New car tyre spare, registration supplied. I may be able to use it but dont want warranty / faults developing electronically ( braking ABS etc ) Have asked about this ......PLEASE RESPOND Star rating to wait if it allows. It doesnt allow so poor at moment........01822 - 841176

Ordered the part last Tuesday 15/1/2025 evening, did not receive the delivery until Tuesday 22/1/2025 and this only happened due to me ringing on Monday 21/1/2025 to check were the part was, only to be told that they would check and let me know. They did not ring me back, so I rang again to be told they were sernding another one out that night , for delivery the next day. This arrived as told at 10.15 0n Tuesday morning. On checking the paperwork this was not another part but the original one as the paperwork was dated 15/1/2025. Had to have a Hire Car for another 3 days due to their inefficiency, Not impressed

Very slow to respond and eventually, after a number of calls, advised the order couldn't be filled and cancelled with a refund.

Very quick at sending a part out to us, however it was the wrong part, even though it had been discussed over the phone very clearly. Staff very friendly and polite. We returned it the next day however up on its return they didn’t then send the replacement part out. We waited a week and then spent another week phoning every day. I requested a refund but they insisted I couldn’t have one as it was with the courier already. Very frustrating! Then a day later we had the couriers notice and it was delivered. Pleased with the part so far, just took so long to receive it. Not sure if I would use them again.

Whilst 1st choice may be ok the suppliers that you forward are garbage. Got a quote, paid and have heard nothing. Can't call for an update. Been over a week now and still waiting.

I wouldnt use 1st choice spares in future, because companies that use 1st choice dont follow through with their quotes. I was quoted for a part, paid, and was then refunded without and explanation. The second place i paid for a part from, hasnt delivered it, is now not responding to messages and i will now have to try and get my money back from paypal..

Ordered an engine for a Mercedes on 29th July. Not told it would take 7-10 days to deliver. Eventually arrived today, 22 August. No paperwork. Mike Caffery only told me the 7-10 day delivery on 7th August after the rep Bailey had failed to do so. Very poor communication on all telephone calls. Failed to call back when promising to do so on several occasions. Only made progress when Mike was involved.

Two weeks since part was ordered,{ supposed to be 5-7 days} bank account debited within 2 days, and even after contacting seller I still have not recieved item ordered, definitely will not reccommend this service to anyone......

Not that good first fuel tank no good next one went much higher in cost then next day went up in price the brought it only to wait two weeks waiting for delivery to be told they didn’t send it because was no good but wasn’t notified at all had to keep ringing to find out where the part was

I was looking for a replacement rear light cluster. Having purchased one from E Bay for £25.00 and found it to be a very poor quality Chinese item I decided to spend more on what I thought would be a better quality one from 1st choices. So having paid £80.00 for one I was somewhat surprised to receive an exact same Chinese special! In the exact same box with the exact same tape!, for and additional £55.00!! And to top it it was broken. A call and some photo evidence that the cheap piece of tat was in fact broken and yet another was sent and received. They won't be going on the vehicle.
