Q: What happens if a part supplied is faulty?
A: Simply contact the supplying member direct to inform them your part is faulty. The member will usually ask you to return the faulty part and either dispatch a replacement or if they do not have one available, they will arrange for an immediate refund.

Bought the item on the phone and shortly afterwards they rang back to say they thought there had been a design change around the time of registration of my car and asked me to describe the item to check it was the same as the one offered for sale. The package arrived when promised and was exactly what I wanted. You can't ask for more than that - excellent service.”
