The gearbox I received had no mounts or selector on it, I wasn't told this over the phone when I paid for it. I only found out, when my garage phoned me to say they could not fit it due to missing parts. I called the supplier from 1st choice and they were very rude on the phone telling me to send the gearbox back!! I will not be using 1st choice again as I am now majorly out of pocket

Ordered a replacement bonnet badge for my Renault Mégane Coupe. Money left my account immediately, now been waiting for 10 days and still not arrived. No correspondence from seller, no delivery date. Not a good service, very unhappy ex customer!!

The orange auto salvage company said they had what I wanted so put my vehicle in garage so when part come it was straight on but had to phone up after it was supposed to be delivered to find they did not have part cost me lot of money for nothing cheers

Thanks for your recent feedback. Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher. It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium. We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later. the person dealing with my request was competent and helpful unfortunately the fog lamp isn't for my Mercedes, and isn't fit for purpose.

purchase front caliper carrier for nissan terrano, from orange autosalvage. told them i needed the slide pins to be moving free,was sent the carrier with both slides seized was told to soak in wd40 and the told if i sent it back and they freed it i would be charged. the part sent was worse than the part i was replacing and had to pay a garage to free it up. will never use your service again

Hi 1st choice was prompt as a service provider but the 2 companies that contacted me saying they had the parts for my vehicle were blatantly wasting my time so its gave me a total lack of confidence in the whole process and makes me wonder is it the right way to try and get parts for my vehicle 2 bad experiences makes you think. Anyway good luck to you all i hope you have a better experience than I did.

I would never use this company again. Completely oblivious of the client and the concerns of the client. Failed too notify me of the failed and canceled order.

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day. With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day. Sent a broken part, spoke to company simply put could not give a damn got my money not interested stay well away starting charge back process these are scammers

Found bumper in one day paid for on Monday 20 they said with me on 22or 23 had text from delivery driver be there on Friday 24 between 7-6am today is the 28 and still have not got the bumper

Sent 3 photos of bumper required which didnt include the damage.300miles wasted. Thats 5 gallons of diesel....grrrr Found a plastic inner wing that was available locally. It cost me a days wages as due to needing the part asap Not a happy chappy

Rude staff, no indication of when delivery would be. Checked the door was correct and it arrived caked in stickers they had not notified me about had I known I would have used another breaker

1st Choice we're unable to sort out a problem with Foreign Car Spares which left me £79.00 out of pocket would not recommend both companies gave bad customer service . Would not use again.
