“Usually very good, but recently been let down by suppliers who have said they have the parts, then haven't.
Probably need to do more background checks on these suppliers.”
“Happy with the service the only thing I can comment on is when you get replies most of the products on recycling parts are extremely expensive and in some cases cheaper to buy reconditioned or new parts

“Good customer service, quick delivery. The only downside is that after making a purchase, I would like to receive an email confirmation that payment was made and item is dispatched, for reassurance. As I did not receive this, I had to give another call to them. Also doors were not even close to the red, they were black, but in this case, as I knew I will probably still have to do the paintwork, it was not so important to me. Overall, experience is positive and I would consider to use service in the future if will be required.”
“Great business model. Got me a part the first time I used it. Second time was not so successful but not your fault. One of your spares contacts said they had the part and took my payment and delivery instructions then refunded me the next day because they didn't actually have the part. I'm still looking a week later.”
