“i recently searched for a heater matrix for my iveco daily being an older vehicle iveco no longer supplied them but luckily they provided the relevant info to source it. had 3 quotes though of a concern of excess delivery charges how ever i managed to get one inc delivery for less than £40.00 how ever royal mail didnt help the cause when it took them just over a week to supply will use for future reference”

“1st Choice Spares offer a great service to avoid excessive costs on parts for older cars. In my case, it was an alloy wheel for a Range Rover Sport. Finding the part was easy and quick, and the response of the specific breaker for the part was great. The only reason for not giving a 5-star review was the courier/logistics of delivery. The service paid for was a next-day delivery but it was the 3rd day before the wheel was delivered. The issue was with the courier process.”

“The transaction to get the spare part we needed was easy. The problem was with the courier.
The package was left at a nearby house, signed for by "Michael". Odd, as that house has been empty for weeks. The package was left on the front doorstep of the house for 24 hours on a busy road. Luckily it was still there when 1st choice directed me to the nearby address. Courier obviously couldn't be bothered to locate the proper address and abandoned the parcel on a doorstep. I wonder who Michael is ???”
“Bought a used engine which was delivered and fitted and all was good.only criticism was I wasn’t told that they would require the old engine returned to them or I would get charged 50% surcharge until after I’d paid for it.also if I didn’t put a new timing chain on it the warranty would be void.this is all fine but I should have been informed of this before I paid”

“Response to (worldwide) search for a rare car part was excellent with 3 options available. The part is yet to be fitted so 5 stars not awarded, yet; (fingers crossed it works OK). Delivery was within advised timeline despite distance (UK to AUS). One disappointing aspect was the increase in the quoted price of the part which went up by 30 pounds sterling or just over 21.5%. Nevertheless, happy that the long search is over.”
