“Returned part unused the same day it was received as it was the wrong. It has been 13 days still awaiting a refund. I have called them three times and they have put the phone down on me twice. I have asked my Credit card company to retrieve my money. Will not be using this company again.”

“I have used 1st Choice for the last few years and have always found the system and the way the parts are located to be excellent. The various vendors/suppliers registered to 1st Choice that I have used have always been efficient, professional and knowledgeable in what they do.
I did however recently come across a shadowy vendor signed up to 1st Choice who supplied me a part at an extortionate price (I needed the specific part which was at least £40 more than similar parts for the alternate side of the car and which I knew after asking other vendors what the going rate on the part would be). This vendor sourced the part from ebay at less than half the price they charged me. I had negative replies from the vendor. When I contacted 1st Choice and explained the situation, within 3 working days the said vendor refunded me the difference they had made in profit from my transaction. Happy Days, 1st Choice sorted it all out amicably! I retain my identity as anonymous giving this information for obvious reasons. Regards "The Meister!"”
