“Samantha contacted us at a reasonable time and managed to actually catch my attention straight away with her friendliness and honesty. She didn't give me any flannel and treated me with respect. I found her very professional and extremely helpful and eloquent. She explained everything clearly and didn't push at us to buy into the funeral plan. She listened to our views.”
