“After being contacted by 1st Line Future Planning, Leslie Davies was assigned as our consultant. Our interest was to write a Will and Leslie offered us advice on changing the deeds of our to be in joint names on the need to nominate people for a Lsting P|ower of Attorney. On her second visit, we thought she would go through details of the Will, but she indicated that we would received a phone call from someone specialised in that area. Leslie arrived prompt;y and was very courteous..She did not pressurise us after her first visit.”

“We had an excellent meeting with Lesley. She explained everything in laymans terms so that we could understand. Some of the things she told us about Property Protection and Power of Attorney we weren't even aware of so a very enlightening meeting. “Was approached by 1st line re future planning, and arranged meeting. Their rep Mary explained what was on offed and how we could avoid potential loss of our estate. We ended up setting up a Trust and lasting power of Attorney . Glad we did this.”

“Spoke with Josh on the phone who initially rang me. He was very polite and friendly, he explained everything well and booked an appointment to suit us. “Thank goodness for Mercia, she was so helpful and put our minds at rest with regard to our estate. We have been thinking about a will change, but never got round to it. Mercia also helped us with property protection, which we are very pleased about as neither of us knew about this.
