“Spoke to a lady called Tricia and she was very helpful and very clear as she explained everything to myself and my partner. She went through terms and conditions and the direct debit with us. “Found Mr Ian Oliver very informative and helpful, I already had life insurance and he took me through the option of having a funeral plan instead. He explained I would be spending a lot more than my family would receive from the insurance. He answered all my questions and I agreed with him and took the plan advised. Even better the plan is cheaper monthly so saving me money. Thank you.”
