“I spoke with 1st Line Funeral care representative Chris Brittain today about organising a plan for myself, explaining that I was already in discussions about doing this,I said he could go ahead & do a quote for me. Chris gave me two quotes where he explained fully both plans. After talking a bit more with Chris's help I decided on one, Chris again went over the plan, ensuring that I fully understood the plan, he again explained the benefits of the plan. Chris was wonderful today with me, he listened to me(which believe me I needed to sound off) By the end of the call I felt I felt I could now call Chris a friend, which says a lot about a ('sales')advisor. Thanks Chris, hope you have a 'Wonderfully happy' day)”
