“Ordered flowers a week in advance to be delivered on a certain date, did not arrive, on the tracking it says despatched, customer service are hopeless, they advice delivery between 9-5pm so you have to wait until these times, after 5pm they are closed have sent several emails and facebook message plus called but alas they are closed open between 9-5pm, Hope the flowers arrive evenyually but who can tell as all it gives you is dispatched, Stay away from this company very bad service and i am still waiitng on my flowers that i paid for over a week ago!!!”

“I have now given 123 Flowers to several of my female friends and relations. The flowers have been received with delight and everyone has remarked how long they last, often for weeks after delivery. The perfumed flowers remain aromatic for ages. If that isn't value for money, what is?”

“Ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday including a vase. The flowers were very poor and not many of them and the vase was missing from the delivery. My friend was very disappointed as was I. All I was offered was a £10 voucher £4.99 for the vase. I shall never buy another flower from this company again. I wouldn’t give them any Stars”
