“Easy to choose, simple selection, next day delivery until 10pm, tracking option.. slight delay with creating a password but added a special character and then it was accepted.”

“My niece absolutely loved her roses I sent for her 30th - she was made up - win win for Mad Aunty Jenny. Great service - easy to do online even from my phone - have now used a second time for my cousin moving house and retiring - so worth another great bunch of flowers from 123 :-) Thanks 123 Flowers”

“Delivered late, and then they told me they were delivered on time when even their despatch note says they were only sent on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Surely the recipient knows when they got them! Won’t use again and it took weeks to even get a response to my complaint.”
