“Ordered flowers 2 days before, paid for guaranteed delivery. On day of delivery I chased up the order as they hadn’t arrived yet and received an email to say they were out of stock, on the delivery day. The only response was that they only revive short notice themselves”

“Very disappointed with this company. I arranged for some flowers to be delivered to a lady I've started seeing. What arrived was a pathetic bunch of dried out flowers! They won't accept responsibility and say the flowers are fine. They originally said I needed to raise complaint within 3 days of receiving flowers then changed it to 2 days. See the photo for yourself. It was a rose medley.”
