“There was such a lovely choice this evening to select from. I was ordering for my friend who is not able to buy online and she had given me a figure of £20. I found a lovely bouquet but was disappointed that the FREE postage had in fact an additional cost. She will be ok with that - I hope. We have never been disappointed and know that the friend that is to receive these flowers will be very surprised and appreciative. Thank you”

“This company is a fraudulent company they took my money and never delivered the flowers. Will not recommend 1234-flowers at all.I placed an order on the 1st September for some flowers to be delivered on Saturday the 3rd but they were never delivered and worst is that no one has the courtesy to call you despite multiple attempts to contact them. Please stay away from this company no customer service at all. Very very disappointed with them”

“I ordered some flowers for my friends birthday and what she received was nothing like the picture on their website. I was so embarrassed to have sent them and their website has misleading over exagerated pictures and what she recieved was pathetic. I would ever use this florist again, please see photos for yourself.”
