“Disappointing not usually one to complain: Having purchased a bouquet of flowers for our Aunts 80th on Tuesday for her birthday then they were delivered the day after. This is not what I paid for. I asked if they could send a bottle of wine to my Aunt to apologise or a posey of flowers they replied no. Offering a teddy or chocolates. She can't eat chocolates (health reasons) and a teddy is not appropriate for her. I've now ended up with a voucher for £10 that I have to spend over £29.00 and postage before before I receive. Seems a bit crazy to me. Not impressed.”
