“Love the simplicity of getting to choose realistic bouquets for practically any occasion. Maybe add more colour options like more green or blue flowers. Otherwise can’t wait for my friend to receive her flowers with truffles.”

“I have used 123 Flowers three times. It is so easy to order and the turnaround time for delivery is great. All three recipients have said how beautiful the flowers were. I would 100% highly recommend. Fantastic service :-)”

“Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sick sister. I paid extra to make sure that she will receive a decent size of bouquet. Two days after the delivery I visited her and honestly I was ashamed that I sent it to her. Two days after the delivery, the flowers nearly dead. Moreover, I paid 40 pounds for bouquet that was worth £10, not mentioning extra payment for delivery. So sorry but I will not use your service again and will not recommended it to anyone.”

“I am extremely disappointed by this companies service. I placed a n order for a friends birthday on 11th if April in Nashville and I wrote the address so clearly. I also sent an email to make sure everything was ok. I upgraded my order and asked them to confirm. They charged my bank account and after two days they sent me an email saying they have cancelled my order since they don’t cover USA!!! Why did they take so many days to realised the address wasn’t covered? They never replied to my emails and it was impossible to contact them to get my money back. I will ask any body who is going to place an order to revise their decision since this company is disfunctional.”

“Anne was very disappointed having ordered some flowers for a friends birthday from another company and they were not delivered and she was refunded. We were so pleased to see you had a similar bouquet available and for cheaper. We are trusting that Anne's friend receives her flowers and hopefully tomorrow.”
