Flowers where delivered on time. Sunday 25th may Immediately unpackaged put into water however byTuesday 27th they where almost dead. I would expect flowers to last a little bit longer...So disappointed

I bought 2 separate bouquets with a price value of £54. At most there was no more than £10 value of flowers in each bouquet. Very poor value. My mother said it was the worst value of any Company she has ever received flowers from & advised me not to use 123Flowers again.

When I place an order I expect to get what I paid for! I ordered the medium yellow roses and freesias and red roses with Lilies arrived. How on earth can you get this wrong? You even confirmed my order with the photo of the flowers. Under the trade description act you can't advertise offering customers a choice and then send what ever takes your fancy. This is truly bad business. The person I ordered for is allergic to Lily's hence the reason I ordered freesias so they went straight in the bin. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Can you please advise why this happened and I would like a refund?

The flowers are very pretty however, the bouquet is tiny even though selected large. For the same amount of money would certainly not recommend using their services. Local florist would be a much better option.

Asked for delivery on a set day which was my sister's birthday, ordered them on 12th for delivery on 17th so in plenty of time. They didn't get delivered until 18th. 123 flowers did not resolve the matter for me so won't use again!!!.

Despite ordering the flowers to be delivered 6 days later this seems beyond the remit of 123. Getting the delivery date correct is 50% of the task and I am very disappointed that this didn't happen. Flowers are great, but timing is everything. Not impressed at all - will not recommend 123!

Delivery was great except What I ordered vs what was delivered was absolutely not the same. Flowers didn’t seem fresh nor did they look like as pictured. Highly disappointed!

The flowers are not as described the roses petal are falling off and the other flowers look like there are about to die. I am so upset as there were for my mother's birthday so I added extra stemsmaking the flowers dearer. I could of spent my money at the local supermarket and got a better bunch of flowers for half the price.

Hi, The website needs work. After being unable to log in and not being able to sign as a new customer as it confirmed my email was in use I reset my password but the site would still not let me log in! As a result I had to create a new account with an alternate email. The sites details on 0800 number suggest you add opening times as I called on Saturday morning to be advised it was closed and to use the website which was refusing to let me log in. I hope the flowers I have ordered make up for the ordering experience!

Your website is clunky and looks cheep. There is no easy way to find things and only by clicking my way around did I discover you do more than 4 bouquets. The flowers you have look beautiful but your website lets you down

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday ,they didn't arrive on the Saturday and by the time they came on Monday the roses were mouldy I complained and they sent new bouquet but roses were still sad

I'm sure the flowers will look lovely (they're a gift), but the website threw me out when I tried to review the T&Cs at the end. I called to check what had happened, but waited far too long - so I hung up. Also, the Groupon wording should make it clearer that the discount is minus what you pay to access the deal - so it's not 50% off at all.

I ordered some flowers for my mums birthday they were due to be delivered Friday 15th June - they didn’t arrive until Saturday 16th June When I called they said they couldn’t track anything and I should have seen on the website it does say no guarantee of next day delivery - but I never saw that. I can’t help but think because I was a Groupon customer I was last on the list and didn’t get the best flowers. The flowers themselves were ok - the roses were slightly wilted and certainly didn’t look as fresh as I would have liked - really disappointed as I don’t think her flowers will last long at all :(

Got flowers that I ordered for my birthday as per Groupon order, thank God I did not pay full price!!!. Seriously could have got a better bunch from Asda and at half the price!!. Ordered a medium bunch but came with more foliage than actual flowers and the bunch was very small. The roses were of poor quality lets see how long they last!!!. Only plus was of the prompt delivery although a day early. Definitely won't use again!!!

I wanted to order 3 hampers but it only let me order 2 now ive got to do another one. Also, the cursor didn't show on the search bar and my basket didn't show how many I had ordered. I also sent an e-mail to your enquiry team and hope the free delivery option shows for my third and 4th hamper (re my e-mail)

Ordered before the 9pm deadline for my mothers birthday the day after,they didn't arrive,I rang customer helpline to be told the courier experienced a problem and she would have them the next day instead. They arrived in a half dead state due to being in a box,in a van for 2 days.Very disappointed
