“When ordered delivery date was given as 11 sept however they were not delivered until the 12th - I chose 123 because of the delivery options they were slightly more expensive than on other sites I am extremely disappointed & hope the flowers arebt half dead! I shan't order from this site again”

“As I have ordered online I obviously have to go by the picture, there is a massive difference between the picture I bought and what was delivered. So disappointing, the first picture is the delivery, the second is what was expected”

“The bouquet I ordered was on offer at a £15 discount, sadly when it arrived I didn’t think it was even worth the £20 I paid. I could have got a better display from the supermarket for half the price. I ordered online as I am having to self isolate at present, won’t be doing so again. Read reviews before ordering and they all seemed to be 5star, guess I must be too fussy. Plus points are that they were delivered on time and with courtesy”

“Well I haven’t been able to see the flowers as I sent them as a gift , but I did order and pay for two by mistake and emailed you but didn’t hear back , but I have had a message to say they were beautiful.”

“Ordered a week in advance for my mother’s 70th Birthday. Did not arrive. Emailed them and was told as per the small print delivery on my chosen date not guaranteed. Wish I had not bothered.”

“I order flowers and a vase to be delivered to my recipient, however, the vase was not sent. I sent 123flowers a message for their customer asking them to either deliver the vase or return my money and it has been 2weeks where I haven’t received anything back. This is very disappointing, I will not be using this service again. The customer service is terrible.”

“Firstly, there was no email sent for confirmation and therefore no reference and secondly, most importantly I paid for them to deliver a vase along with the flowers but this was not delivered!! Very disappointed with that service and I will not be using this service again.”

“Unfortunately when my wife brought home the flowers they didn't look anything like they did in the photograph, I also paid extra for a large bouquet but the one I received was anything but..lesson learned next time I will stick to a local florist”

“Feeling cheated.I went online and chose my order i completed before 12.00 and the bill was reduced to £24 with the 20%off Had problems with checking out Went back in at 12.08 and lost the discount Had to pay£30 GRUMPY GRAN”

“This was my 3rd order and decided to go big on my order this time so chosen the £30 bouquet of roses and lilies.. this order was done over a week ago and decided to have the delivery on a day that I knew the recipient would be home ..delivery made and came and felt that it wasn't any larger than a bouquet that was cheaper.and the roses and lilies after a few hours looking like they are on the way out !!! I'm now not sure if I shall be ordering from 123 flowers again ..”

“Flowers where delivered on time. Sunday 25th may Immediately unpackaged put into water however byTuesday 27th they where almost dead. I would expect flowers to last a little bit longer...So disappointed”
