“The website highlights that you can order one day for delivery the next. I gave a few days notice but the delivery did not arrive as expected. When querying this I was advised that it doesn’t matter when you order they only despatch the night before. It does say in the small print that they cannot guarantee delivery within a day or two but when giving plenty notice this was disappointing for a friend that is shielding”

“The flowers did arrive on time, however, they were for my sisters anniversary, and she sent a photo of them in the vase. They didn't look like the bouquet in the picture online. THe roses online were purple and the ones that arrived were white, and also she said the edges were brown and felt very papery. The carnations were also a different colour, and one of them had a broken stem. I did send some to a friend back in November from you, and she said they were fine.”

“Very disappointed with bouquet ...nothing at all like the advertised bouquet ...sparse bunch of flowers which were sent to cheer up my sister in law and dine if buds were bent and drooping ready to snap off...you would get a bigger bunch of flowers from Aldi or Lidyl for £3.99 and better quality...I have alerted customer services but as yet heard nothing back”

“The flowers for me were not a representation of the bunch I ordered. I really wasn’t happy with the bunch, and it was a surprise for my mothers birthday and didn’t come how I was expecting it. I paid £25 for a bunch and I think it represented a £4 bunch from a supermarket.”

“I’m really disappointed with what my mother in law received. I sent the flowers as a gift due to her being alone this lockdown. I paid £23 for a pretty in pink medium bouquet & the pictures show what I sent for & what she reviewed. Very disappointed”

“The bouquets looked shocking for the price I paid, not many flowers at all. Looks like I picked them from my garden. Very disappointed. Not sure I’d use again. Photos attached are what it should have been and what got delivered”

“when delivered and put together the cardboard vase was faulty had to put in a glass vase the roses started to die on the second day and tulips had heads missing”

“It was orded about the 15th Dec, for part as a Christmas gift. It has arrived today 5th Jan. My friend has said it is beautiful. But I was very disappointed.”
