“Hello, I spoke to the reciprient of the flowers on Saturday, she said the flowers were lovely but on receiving them on Wednesday by the Saturday they had started to droop. When one spends so much on flowers you would expect them to last. Whenever I have ordered flowers for someone by post I always ask the person there for what they were like. I have had bad experiences in the past. I always ask them to be honest and then I am happy. IF they are not alright I will try someone else to send flowers through.”

“The recipient did not know who sent the flowers as the card inside was blank. Whoever prepared the parcel forgot to write my message on the card. Also the flowers received were not a 'large' bunch at all. I would call it 'small'!”

“The flowers come closed in bud form .which means the flowers took a good week to open and flower. By that time the special occasion has passed.i was not told this,it should be made clear that you need to order them a week before you want too enjoy them.. sorry I would not order again.”

“Oh dear! The recipients of the flowers were out when the flowers were delivered. Unfortunately they were delivered to the next door ( who were away). Just by chance they were spotted by friends of the neighbours. The upshot was that, very fortuitously, they got to the correct people eventually. Otherwise it could have been an expensive mistake. Fortunately the flowers were lovely but could have been a big disappointment.”

“The flowers I received looked nowhere near like the image I’d originally chosen on the website, or a ‘large’ like the £5 extra I’d spent allowed me to believe. However, customer services were great offering me a couple of options and sending a second complimentary bunch of flowers (which were still exactly the same as the first ie not like the picture) but was now definitely a large bunch. Can’t say I’d use again.”

“Flowers arrived on the day however I was not impressed with them at all. Could've spent half the price and picked up something nicer from the supermarket. Especially disappointed that the roses didn't look fresh at all.”

“The delivery on Friday was fine but I saw the flowers on Saturday and was disappointed as two of the roses were already dead as was some of the foliage! Such a shame as would have been a lovely bouquet!!”

“A £35 bunch of flowers that look similar to a bunch of £6 flowers from the local supermarket. In fairness, the customer service was good with another bunch sent straight away when I complained. The exact same bunch arrived so I now have £12 worth of flowers.”

“Little disappointed with the size of the flowers, I paid extra for a ‘large’ yet it only seems to be a few stems, the flowers themselves are pretty but not worth that money, delivery was the next day which was good just a shame the advert pictures are the opposite of what you receive!”
