“Ordering for the first time I found the processes confusing and time consuming. However the price and free delivery was worth it. I have no idea as yet of the quality of the flowers.”

“After such a disappointment before Christmas, with badly damaged flowers due to very careless packing, and very late arriving, it was great to receive a better quality fresher and brighter bunch of flowers. Receiving a Christmas surprise on the first week of January was not the same as it was intended. Grateful for the replacement though.”

“The flowers were not delivered in the delivery time range that was given. I payed an extra £5 for the bouquet to be large but it was not large and it makes me think what the small would of looked like. Still a nice bouquet though however i would consider looking elsewhere when ordering flowers next time”

“The flowers were beautiful however they didn’t come with watering instructions and it seems odd that the orchids are in soil with no drainage which has resulted in the plants developing rot and dying. Not what I was expecting as the purchase of a plant was for my mum to enjoy the flowers over time else I would have bought a bunch of flowers”
