“The speed in which the flowers came was very good. However the bouquet was a little disappointing I paid for large but it was like a normal supermarket bunch.”

“The flower's looked nice buy I ordered large and it was very small bouquet. For the price of 32 pounds I thought there will be atleast 15 flowers. There is picture that I uploaded.”

“I didn't order these for myself obviously so haven't seen them. The recipient said they were beautifully packed so arrived in good condition.”

“Although I haven’t had a free sailing for my last 3 orders in a month, the customer service was good. Therefore I will wait and see if the replacement be delivered soon in a good condition. I understand it’s the fault of the delivery person/company but 123 flowers should make sure they are using a professional company that they can rely on and won’t damage their reputation.”

“Not too good the flowers were left outside the delivery person just left them on the doorstep without anyone knowing and without knocking, my sister saw them outside and she took them in and I was expecting a medium size bouquet this looked small”

“The flowers were sent to my mum for Mother’s Day. She said they arrived looking very wilted but they picked up once put in water. It’s a shame they didn’t look good when delivered”

“To be honest some of the Fresia were well past their best, yellow and dying at the edge of the oetals? Was a bit disappointed as the freesia were mums favourite flowers ever and were well into flower so they won’t last long at all,”

“First bunch received was very poor quality. I got onto customer service and Lorna was very quick to arrange a replacement bunch to be sent out. I asked for a different bunch to be sent out and that was no trouble at all. They arrived 2 days later and were perfect.”

“Very good delivery ,thought the bouquet could have been a bit bigger as I paid 5 pounds extra for the large size.as it was for a 50th birthday,maybe I expected something a bit more special.I could have got a bigger bouquet from the super market had I not lived so far away from my friend .Mrs P Wright”

“I don’t know if I use 123fowers again . Delivery was on time but the flowers I’m afraid was below my expectation. The picture on the website wasn’t what my friend received.”

“Delivered on time and no issues with delivery driver. Upon opening box a few flowers had the buds missing/ inside the box, possibly due to packaging or delivery (not to sure). Flowers were a gift for my mums anniversary who still liked them but unsure if I would order again.”

“This is the 2nd time ordering for birthdays and this is the 2nd time the flowers have been a day late. Due to this I dont think I would order again. 2nd bunch of flowers havent arrived yet so can't comment on flowers.”
