“Flowers ordered didn’t look anything like the ones in the picture on website & even though paid extra for larger bunch it was stil very small and nothing like website shows. Couldn’t fault ordering or delivery etc just disappointed with result of flowers”

“Unfortunately my flowers were sent via Royal Mail, not a 7 day courier. Order given to Royal Mail, I assume, Friday for Saturday delivery. Delivered on Monday afternoon, meant they were 3 days in transit unfortunately flowers have suffered, not in good condition. Photos sent to customer services. Perhaps I’ve been unfortunate, but disappointed they looked lovely on web site. Waiting to hear from customer service.”
