“The first order I placed delivered a smaller size bouquet than I ordered. The company resent the order at no extra charge. The flowers were very fresh and beautiful.”

“I’m disappointed the flowers weren’t delivered on my daughter’s birthday as understood. They did arrive the next day but had little semblance to the colours I ordered. Will not be using this company again.”

“Delivery and packaging was great. The cardboard vase is a lovely touch. Unfortunately some leaves were super crushed/damaged, and I get that can happen but not ideal since flowers are usually sent for gifts.”

“The flowers were delivered but it would have been good to receive a text message from 123 Flowers to let me know when they reached the delivery address. The recipient was pleased with them. However, I expected a larger bouquet than the image suggested. I don’t know who delivered them.”
