“Rather difficult to place my order, very frustrating to say the least. I hope the flowers arrive on time ie 1st September.”

“Ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday including a vase. The flowers were very poor and not many of them and the vase was missing from the delivery. My friend was very disappointed as was I. All I was offered was a £10 voucher £4.99 for the vase. I shall never buy another flower from this company again. I wouldn’t give them any Stars”

“Can't speak for the products only the website thus far... I tried to sign in through Facebook, and the Facebook sign-in does not work. I like the site; I like the idea of sending someone flowers. The level of choice of 123-flowers is overwhelming; I did not know what to pick. The website is functional. Waiting to receive the flowers...”

“My first order was fantastic and the wife was very pleased, the second order not so good, flowers dying after a couple of days, thought I would give them a third go to see how they performed, but if no good it will be their last!!!!!!!!!”

“Delivery happened at 7AM...and not left at door..had to wait 24 hours and collect from mail depot...but to 123 credit..they sent another bunch the next day .”
