DO NOT USE. My daughter ordered some flowers for me, a week before hand to be delivered for mothers day. It's now Tuesday afternoon and still no sign of them. She has tried phoning them but gets no answer, she has tried emailing and gets no response. Absolutely disgusting all round and will never be used again!!!!!

We live overseas so we ordered flowers to be sent to our mum for Mothers Day. Flowers arrived a day late, some were dead and the ones that weren’t barely lasted a couple of days. When I complained, the email response was instructions on how to care for my “droopy flowers”. I will NEVER use this company again. They didn’t care that my order was delivered late or that the flowers were of a very poor quality.

ordered 2 separate bouquets, to 2 different addresses for mothers day. the recipents were over the moon, very impressed with the quality and the arrived on time, thank you very much you made 2 mothers very happy. i will be ordering again and would recommend highly.

I preorder a bouquet of Pure beauty for Mother’s Day yesterday and unfortunately the flowers already started to show decline in health today. So much that my mum had even commented on the quality. When I’ve compared the image of pure beauty to what I received there is lack of flowers. It’s disappointing as I could have bought a cheaper bouquet from my local supermarket like I how always do and they last me and at least a week. It’s a shame as I have used you previously, but when checking Facebook reviews I can see multiple people commenting and providing images showing a lack of quality and weathering flowers. Even mentions that you are strict on not providing refunds. I guess you’ve dropped your standards considerably… it’s a shame. It’s a shame I can’t post the images as I’m getting this message appear “* We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support.”

Ordered flowers for mothers day. To be delivered yesterday and nothing came- still nothing today either..No response from customer service. Absolutely terrible company!

I ordered some flowers which were supposed to be delivered today. I've received no notification in my emails to say they have been delivered as promised. Could someone please let me know. I live in another country so it would be nice to be informed.

Dear Friend 123flowers, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent flower delivery I received on 29/03/2025. Unfortunately, the flowers were not as described on your website. They were very floppy, and some flowers were dead, they were very bland. This was disappointing, as I had high expectations based on your usual quality

I was never emailed to say the flowers had dispatched. I had to email them to find out. For the sake of £5.00 less (as the picture shows a medium) there was almost half of the bouquet missing. Won’t order from here again. I’ll just go to the supermarket and buy a bigger bunch for half the price.

Please don't use this company. I had 2 separate orders this week. 1 was described by recipient as poor quality and the second order arrived late . After complaining I was just sent a list of their small print terms and conditions with no offer of a refund. Avoid

I will never use this company again ! Failed to deliver then blamed the courier no communication regarding failed delivery I had to chase to then be told they are not responsible and would not offer refund ! I was told it was my responsibility to contact the recipient to notify of intended delivery - so what's the whole point of sending flowers as a surprise???? I would definitely NOT recommend and AVOID ! Unless you like being disappointed !
