“Easy collection and drop off at Alicante but was stitched up at the rental desk by the Goldcar agent charging my card in £'s plus a 2% mark up, which was not explained before I paid.”

“Everything was fine except that Hertz Preston's location is £15 (25 minutes) by Taxi each way from the Town Centre - this wasn't apparent when booking. The additional cost completely distorted the Hire price and made it very expensive in cost and time.”
“Excellent service as always. Car covered in scratches and showing signs of wear and tear and I had to report several additional scratches to those shown on the form. It is irritating that the cars are not waiting at the airport but can understand why. Approve of returning the car full. All in all, excellent.”
“The excess cover insurance I purchased in the UK threw Enterprise in Tel Aviv as they had not seen anyone purchase it in advance. They checked with head office & after approx a half hour everything was ok. All fine with the hire thereafter. Excellent locations for pick up & drop off.”
