“The excess cover insurance I purchased in the UK threw Enterprise in Tel Aviv as they had not seen anyone purchase it in advance. They checked with head office & after approx a half hour everything was ok. All fine with the hire thereafter. Excellent locations for pick up & drop off.”

When returning the car at Bergamo airport I had to wait at least half an hour for someone to turn up at the office so I could check the car in. Luckily I had allowed plenty of time.”
