“For some reason unknown to me when we arrived to pick up the vehicle the computer system indicated that a/ our booking had bee cancelled. And b/ that we had not prepaid.
Not sure our things would have worked had I not had all the paperwork with me, including bank statements and a 1 week old e-mail from your booking service confirming our booking.
Clearly the systems are poor and as such I would not use the booking site again.
Fortunately the service provided by Eurocar was excellent.”
