“Absolutely awful, phoned for a taxi at 7:55 git told it would take 20-25 mins, called back at 8:30 as I still didn't receive message to say driver was near when I called back she told me he was 5 mins away, another 10 mins and Still no sign of taxi so I called again and she said he was 5 mins away another 10 mins and still didn't turn up. When I called to cancel there was no apology, the lady was quite rude saying well he's outside now after waiting for 1 hour and 5 mins I did not want to give this taxi company my money, I was so annoyed.”
