“A big shout out to 121 Cars Tipton and to Tracey for coming to the rescue this morning when I couldn’t get my car out of the street for work this morning due to the snow. Number 10 got me safely to work as a HA for the NHS 111 service, from Tipton to Oldbury and would not accept any payment. Absolute stars 🌟🌟 xx”

“I always pre-book my taxi the night before if needed, as I have an early start in the morning. Simran is such a polite, friendly and accommodating lady, who always has a happy persona when speaking to her on the phone. Nothing is too much trouble. The drivers are all really friendly, and punctual. I always feel safe.”
