“I selected automatic cars and was given a list. I chose a car and then was given a free upgrade so I took it but this car was a manual. Disappointing. When returning the car at Bergamo airport I had to wait at least half an hour for someone to turn up at the office so I could check the car in. Luckily I had allowed plenty of time.”

They didn't check over vehicle with us when we picked it up at dollar, girls just got us to sign some paperwork, but the actual car itself was great. Had no problems & drop off was a lot easier with really helpful guys at hertz.”

The car had several scratches which we reported, as it was very late and dark the operative gave us until the next day to report issues. The only negative is that the opportunity to get an additional discount by ringing a special number was not obvious to us, returning customers.”

We did phone to see if we could change it to on airport but it was going to be much more expensive. It was however, only a 10min ride away. We were picked up quickly and there was no delay on the return. Our car hire company was Centauro.”
