“Very good service though you have to get a shuttle from the airport to the pick up point rather than pick up in the airport. Having said that it was quick and I was on the road. Got a free upgrade from a compact. The price was very good as I had looked around the area and couldn't find anything cheaper. I will certainly book with them again.”
“Easy to book online and pick-up is trouble-free. Very helpful staff at Zurich pick-up point. Lovely new car. Our only downside was that I had missed on the paperwork that we had a journey ceiling of 800km which we overran by approx 100km so had to pay extra. This was not pointed out at pick-up - but it was my oversight and the car hire firm can't really be blamed for that. It would have been helpful to have it pointed out although it would not have made any difference to our journey.”
