“Good prices offered, but you did have to read through all the small print and additional add-ons. I'll already researched a lot so knew what I wanted (additional insurance to avoid having to pay an enormous excess), but I'd also looked around for those prices and what was offered at time of booking seemed on a par with best I'd seen. Just keep your wits about you when booking. I only paid a small part upfront and the rest was to paid direct to the car hire company on arrival.
No experience of having to change anything or contact customer service, so can't comment on those aspects.”
