“Toyota Avanza has three rows of seats with a folding third row - great for 4 adults and a ton of luggage. Not very powerful, but adequate in all circumstances. Only negative is not being able to pay the full price up front and as of today (returned from South Africa a couple of days ago) I have only a general idea of the final cost. Vehicle collection was pretty good and a newer car was found as we were renting for 23 days; car return took only a couple of minutes.”
“So easy through website booking to collection. Just advise others to ensure they read info re fuel return as full tank suits me so deliberately looked for this. Other options include 25% filled etc which means you may lose out if over fill. So check. Very good value.”
“I booked a car on the internet and the US agent is called " Dollar ". Apparently, they were very popular and it was the line of the queue that indicated that they had many potential customers.
They had 2 queues, one for returning the cars and one for renting the cars.
I would gently suggest that for the renting of the cars, there should be 2 queues so as to provide a better service.
One queue for customers that had competed all the necessary procedures on-line and had the relevant documents before going to the counter. This group of customers would normal take no more than 10 minutes to complete the formalities before picking up the car.
The other group of customers should be those that would like to rent a car ' on-the-spot ' and they normally take at least 20 minutes on average and many of them took over 30 minutes to complete the necessary formalities!
I waited for over 45 minutes before I was served. Alas I felt OK because I went to ' Dollar ' earlier, to make sure that I would NOT be late to pick up the car. I was in fact 1 hour earlier than the agreed pick-up time for the car. It took me 8 minutes to complete the formalities!”

“Everything was very good but understood the hire was with unlimited mileage when booked but it was limited to 125 per day when I collected. You may need to make it clearer on the website.”

“Very easy pick up and drop off, slight confusion on booking screen, whether you are booking on or off airport collection, but once you find the place on the booking process its ok, cheapest car hire I could find.”
