“In Lisbon I was received by the car agents in a welcoming and good customer service way. Once in the Mini bus to be transported to the pick up unit the driver was pleasant, polite, very informative on making us feel at home when returning the car. He showed tremendous care with our luggage. The check in system was easy, helpful, very informative and again done with professionalism. On return to drop off the car, the Agent came in a few minutes early to ensure I would meet my commitments at the airport. Everything was done to my, not there, satisfaction. I have travelled the world and have never in Spain, America, Portugal Africa Middle East, far east received such good service. Well done.”
