“The price was good compared to others but I did book early, its was a shame the vehicle was a bit scruffy looking and basic, the radio didn't work needed the code to be entered, this is such a small thing both to do and not to have.

“I found 121Car Hire first rate (using Europcar as the vehicle provider). I am serious. I am a sceptic at heart and expected to be billed for scratches etc that I hadn't made. None of that ... Yet! On collection it was very easy. The paperwork however said there was no damage to the vehicle although it had scratches on all sides. Perhaps I was over cautious as I didn't want to get stung with a whopping excess charge. Anyhow the lady helped me and wrote down all of the minor damages without issue. The drop off was so easy. Absolutely no problems. In truth, I got the impression that they were only interested in major or obvious damage. It was very professional all round would highly recommend them and Europcar without problem. I would use the company again without hesitation. Thank you.”
“Its simple suppliers are quality names and you get what you asked for and with 1-2-1 if you take out there very favourable insurance their are no hidden costs

“After reading alot of negative feedback reviews about 121 carhire and car trawler I was quite concerned prior to collecting the car at the airport but on arrival everything was spot on with a brand new hire car waiting for us and the price quoted was the price we paid at the desk so will be using the site again.”

not happy as petrolstations that were indicated were not open!
staff did know return time of car,therefor was unable to fill car with petrol as a result will have to pay top price!!! still waiting to receive an e-mail with charge for this!
also would make life a lot easier if a map of return for rentalcar was included”

“it was brilliant, easy to book online and then great car, great service back and forth to collect and deliver, lovely staff.
The only slight concern was the wait at the Sixt desk at Dublin airport as there was a queue and one person was becoming a bit aggressive about the delay.
The positive of this was that everybody coming off our aeroplane was using Sixt and not the other car hire firms.
Will and have recommended 121 and Sixt to everybody!!!!”
