“The company sent three swatches so that we could choose the exact shade, and then produced a very well made roller blind. Do be careful to measure accurately, though. I fat-fingered disastrously so will have to tackle chopping a chunk off. All my own fault. Doh…”

Hi Thank you for your email As per the website we don't supply screws and plugs with our blinds, as we cannot account for all of the possible materials that a customer could be installing into i.e. plasterboard, timber, RSJ, concrete lintel etc. Kind regards support@blindsdirectonline.co.uk

We send all of our samples out first class in the post within 48 hours of ordering, so it appears this must have got lost in the post.
